3. Services & Engagements

The Site provides general information about Otomat's AI transformation services, including Strategy Sprints, custom AI builds, and embedded engagements. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

All service engagements are governed by separate agreements executed between Otomat and the client. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or obligation to provide services.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Otomat.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
