One team, no ceremonial handoff
The operating lead, technical lead, and client owner share the same roadmap and measures. The build does not disappear into a separate delivery machine.
The Team Behind the Restructuring
Otomat is a team of operators and engineers built for the gap between executive goals and production reality. Leaders bring the ambition; we translate it into an operating case, write the software, work alongside frontline users, and keep the financial measure attached to the build.
Why Otomat Exists
The strategy team identifies the opportunity. The development team interprets the strategy. The implementation team connects the system. The change team trains the users. Finance sees the result last—if it sees it at all.
Every handoff loses context and accountability.
Otomat was built around one operating premise: the team that diagnoses the workflow should remain responsible through production, adoption, and measurement. That requires different disciplines in one room.
A fractional CAIO may supply executive ownership and governance. Otomat connects that function to the operating, engineering, adoption, and measurement capacity required to make the change real.
How Our Team Operates

Representative operating interface · no client data
Client owner review
Digital analyst bench
These are owner-supplied aggregate results across Otomat's work. They should not be allocated to an individual client, system, or case without the underlying commercial evidence and publication permission.
The Results and Proof Library separates this aggregate record from the narrower evidence supported by each publishable system.
Leadership
Investment judgment · operating work · production delivery
Adam's career spans investment banking, private equity, operating roles, hands-on AI development, and company building. He has founded and served as CEO of multiple technology startups with data, AI, and machine learning at their foundation, led companies through multiple exits, and worked across the United States, Europe, and Asia. That combination informs Otomat's operating discipline: translate technical capability into a financial case, build the system close to the work, and keep the proof standard high enough for executives, boards, and investment committees.
Adam leads an integrated team that brings operating, product, engineering, evaluation, and domain capacity to each engagement.
Principles
Value may be financial or operational, but it must have a baseline, owner, and measurement path.
We work backward from the company, executive, or investment objective. The workflow, system, model, and commercial structure must serve that goal—not become a program looking for justification.
Real data boundaries, permissions, exception handling, evaluations, and human control are part of the product—not cleanup after a successful demo.
Model selection follows the workflow's quality, cost, latency, security, and portability needs.
Training, role design, feedback, and management cadence belong in the delivery plan.
We do not turn synthetic test results into market accuracy, architecture into deployment, or a deployed system into an invented client outcome.
We stay long enough to make the capability real, then transfer it.
